Just moved into new house and front door deadbolt was not engaging / locking properly. He scheduled somebody to come and take a look. The person was prompt, polite and quickly fixed the issue and only charged me for a service call (very reasonable!). I would call this company again if I have any issues with locks/doors in the future.

The guy who installed my lock, showed up hours later than promised, was hyper, talking fast, asked to use my bathroom twice in an hour. I made sure I could pay by credit card and then the guy who installed the lock tried to talk me into letting him drive me to my bank so I could pay in cash. When he finally finished and was leaving he told me someone could still kick my door in, but he could come back and install another lock if I wanted. Needless to say I declined.
